Fit Foundation’s youth fitness programs help kids ages 8 and up do more than just drop excess weight.  They help kids develop healthy habits that set the stage for a lifetime of fitness.

TROOPERS  helps kids develop a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition to last a lifetime.  Each child begins with a one-on-one fitness evaluation to help set personalized, attainable goals for themselves. Each child is tested monthly and can recieve incentives for meeting new fitness goals.

ELITE PERFORMANCE offers sports-specific programs designed to help your athlete reach his or her potential.  Elite Performance training helps athletes develop speed, strength, and endurance to help them to exel in their sport. We work with soccer, football, hockey and softball teams or any other team or individual athlete to help them be their best.
